# Why have my cheers tripled?

Hello. My cheers have tripled/quadrupled since today came.

Can someone tell me why this has happened?  
It also quadrupled my placement in the leaderboards and I am now in 69th place lol

I fixed a couple of bugs today, and recalculated the Meta leaderboards to reflect those fixes. It affected both likes given and likes received.

People who receive more likes will go down and people who give likes will go up generally, if a site is using defaults for weights.

Well, I give an insane amount of likes compared to other users, so that explains it. Liking other posts paid off.
