That’s very insightful.
I’ve always thought of RAG documents as something that works alongside tools (usually search and read). I.e. use tools to get answers on the forum and rag to add additional knowledge e.g. blog posts, external docs, etc.
And then from all select the most relevant.
And I’d used the prompt to guide the persona how to use that context, but haven’t thought of that:
Would that be done by providing some explanations about the forum structure, and example Q&A-s in the docs?
Could you provide a little more detail about how the question is consolidated?
