# Why is the word regular under user’s username?

The reason I’m confused is because I don’t know what this means and why it pops up across the users posts and on their profiles. Image is below.

it is the name of the trust level the user is at. you can read more about trust levels here:

It’s a “Title”. Some badges (for example, the “regular” and “leader” trust level badges) can be selected as a title in the profile after you earn them.
