# Why some of users have got their user-IDs mentioned automatically in Telegram Notifs?

See this screenshot. Why only `Rohini` gets her username + user-ID mentioned, automatically, but not `Pankaj Grover`, nor `Nishu Chhabra` (they only get their usernames mentioned)!! Why what could possibly be wrong with their usernames/userids?

The above is just an example. Otherwise there are many other users who get their UserIDs mentioned, while others only get their usernames mentioned.
