# Why would a staff member choose to flag but not take action immediately?

네, 즉시 조치를 취하지 않기로 선택한 경우 스태프 플래그는 일반 플래그와 동일합니다. @zogstrip님이 정확히 지적했듯이, 스태프는 게시글에 대한 다른 스태프들의 의견을 더 듣고자 플래그를 걸 수 있습니다. 때로는 협업 과정이기도 합니다.
