Wiki background colors are non-translucent

Wikis are should have translucent backgrounds so whatever is behind them can be seen, but $lightness is being set to 95%, not alpha. I’m not to familiar with scss, so I’m not submitting a PR myself.

Yeah that will look bad on dark backgrounds. But wouldn’t staff posts have the same issue with their yellow bg?

You should be able to do it as rgba($variable, 90%).

We do detect for light/dark backgrounds and adjust accordingly via SASS — I just submitted a change so this should apply to the wiki background too and will look less :-1:
