We’re trying to encourage users to help each other in our community-of-product.

This started with awarding badges, both bronze and silver.

We’re about to send out a “nurture” email to badge recipients saying, essentially

> Thanks for being a mensch  
> If you’d like to do it again, here’s a link to unanswered topics  
> We’ve granted you expanded access: templates & PMs

Because we’re encouraging these users to be more active within the community, we think it would be useful to them if they could see what topics are assigned.

We _don’t_ want to make assignments publicly visible (for reasons of controlling expectations). But we would like to grant this `group` of members visibility _without_ their being able to make assignments.
