Not sure if this is a bug or a change of UX. It used to be that if there were no admin users, a new install would show the 🎉 on the new install. On two installs I did today, I just got `/latest`. ---

Confirm, this is a new regression @eviltrout I just did an install on Digital Ocean and this is what I see on first boot… ![](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/meta/original/3X/b/3/b3a6be9110b75d970c3b932878bf06b59ffd6704.png) Can you proritize a fix for this first thing tomorrow? Our onebox security stuff is handled enough for now, this is kinda bad as it “breaks” all new installs. ---

Unlikely; we think this was related to recent optimizations by Sam. You can look at his recent public commits on Discourse to suss out the exact time, perhaps no more than 2 weeks ago. ---
