# 想了解删除内置类别的副作用

我记得安装 discourse 后，有 2 个默认分类。  
一个是 staff，另一个是 general (?)

实际上，由于某些原因，我删除了 general 分类，这会对我的网站产生任何副作用吗？

如果不创建新用户，您的用户将看不到任何内容，也无法在任何地方进行写入。因此，是的，这会产生重大副作用——除非您的所有用户都是工作人员。

如果是开发安装，您无法以用户的身份进行太多适当的测试。

那么，我的理解是，如果我创建了一个新类别，删除默认类别是安全的吗？（当然，我认为删除员工会很困难）

当然。如果你愿意，并且想从头开始。删除员工类别一点也不难。
