官方答复是 Wordpress Twenty Twenty Three 主题尚未得到 [WP Discourse](https://github.com/discourse/wp-discourse) 插件的支持。我正在努力添加对它的支持，下周将有一个新版本进行审核，并且很可能发布。届时 Discourse Comments 将可以正常工作。
