「キャッシュされたコメント HTML」オプションが有効になっていますか？これは「コメント設定」タブにあります。有効になっている場合は、その設定のチェックを外し、「キャッシュされたコメント HTML のクリア」設定を有効にしてから、オプションを保存してください。これで問題が解決するかどうか確認してください。
