# “您无法从该IP地址登录”，但IP未被阻止

我的一位用户无法登录，我无法找出问题所在。
其他用户没有遇到类似的问题。
按照 [这个](https://meta.discourse.org/t/ip-address-being-blocked-that-isnt-on-the-blocked-list/87833/2?u=canapin) 链接中的建议，我将一个测试 IP 添加到黑名单中，并尝试使用该测试 IP 登录。正如预期，我无法登录；当将该测试 IP 从黑名单中移除后，我也能如预期般正常登录。
该如何排查此问题？

他们是否清除了缓存或尝试了其他浏览器？此外，他们能否更换网络，例如从 Wi-Fi 切换到移动数据，或者改用手机而非电脑，以确认问题是否仍然存在。

是的，他在多个浏览器和设备上（来自不同的 IP）进行了测试，问题仅出现在他的家庭 IP 上。

需要检查的一项内容是：您的 IP 块列表中是否存在通配符（“CIDR 块”）。其格式可能类似于 `172.16.0.0/24`。
当前的搜索似乎未考虑 CIDR 块。
