# Your Docker installation is not working correctly

I’m not surprised you’re having problems, that version of Docker predates a _lot_ of changes in image formats and such. You’ll want to follow the [Docker installation instructions](https://docs.docker.com/engine/installation/linux/docker-ce/ubuntu/) to get your system onto an up-to-date and supported version.
