Support for authenticating to the Zendesk API using an OAuth token has been added in [FEATURE: Support OAuth authentication in Zendesk plugin (#42998) · discourse/discourse@baff45f · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/baff45fe1831c7aac888cc9c8f1be80873418fd0). I’ve updated our [Zendesk plugin guide](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-zendesk/68005/56#p-317283-configure-oauth-6) with instructions on how to configure an OAuth client in Zendesk.
