You mean a custom component for the theme? in this case the answer is no. It’s there with `position: fixed` See [line 36 of mobile.scss](https://github.com/discourse/zeronoise/blob/2f5d5736a6515165f714127ffe97addcd054dba3/mobile/mobile.scss#L36)
