# Zoho Mail problems

I have installed discourse and setup zoho mail.  
It connects to SMTP server but it doesnt send!  
I get email that it accessed zoho SMTP server.

The most likely issue is that Discourse is sending from your subdomain and zoho is configured for something else.

I changed notifs email and it works

That’s great but what notifications have to do with mail configuration?

Pretty much everything.

If the zoho account isn’t authorized to send email on behalf of the address configured within Discourse for notification emails, then email can’t be sent.
