# مشكلة الشاشة السوداء في تطبيق Zoho SalesIQ للجوال

لم أسمع بهذا من قبل – هل هذا أحد إضافاتنا؟ هل يمكنك مشاركة رابط صفحته هنا على Meta؟ إذا لم تكن من إضافاتنا (لا أعتقد أنها كذلك)، فستحتاج إلى الإبلاغ عن هذه المشكلة لمطوري تلك الإضافة.

أفترض أن حالة “مشغول” لا تعمل كما كنت تأمل. هل شاهدت هذا: [https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-disable-chat-window-in-salesiq](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-disable-chat-window-in-salesiq) ؟ يبدو أنه يصف ما تريد القيام به.

يبدو أن هذا يمكن حله بسهولة باستخدام CSS مخصص. لا أستطيع الوصول إلى منتداك، لكن حاول فحص الصفحة والبحث عن الطبقة السوداء، بحيث يمكنك ضبطها على `display:none` على سبيل المثال؟
