Probably the best approach for this would be for someone to develop a Discourse ZohoDesk plugin. The downside of that approach is that it’s unlikely that the plugin would be available on our Standard or Business hosting plans. As was noted in another topic about this issue, it could also be accomplished by pointing a Discourse webhook to Zapier and then using the Zapier ZohoDesk integration to create support tickets. The downside of that approach is that it could get quite expensive over time.
