The site setting “topic page title includes category” is ignored (again)
A regression issue has been reported where disabling the site setting “topic page title includes category” does not change the display of the category under the topic title dax. However, techAPJ claims that the setting works as expected and only controls the browser tab title. The setting description has been updated to prevent confusion in the future techAPJ.
Further testing revealed that the title of a URL remains the same even after toggling the setting dax. In contrast, techAPJ found that the title changes as expected when the setting is disabled on Try, suggesting a possible caching issue with the testing site.
@techAPJ there is a regression related to this fix:

Disabling site setting topic page title includes category works as expected for me.
Just to make sure we are on the same page – topic page title includes category setting controls the browser tab title. Is that not getting updated for you after changing the site setting?

I tried checking and unchecking the setting and see the title of an URL (https://try.discourse.org/t/the-room-appreciation-topic/28) using this tool Meta Title Checker | Check Tag Corectence, Length & Text but the result was always
I would have expected the title to change to The Room Appreciation Topic - Demo (without category)
I am not sure about that site (maybe they are caching the results?), but here is how title looks on try with topic page title includes category disabled.
