Does VB mean VBulletin?
What kind of TOR functionality are you looking for?
I can help with migration but I’m not a plugin developer. Discourse has some TOR functionality built in:
discourse_docker/templates/web.onion.template.yml at main · discourse/discourse_docker · GitHub
feel free to reach out to me at bhanu@orng.co and we can discuss.
