Hi, does Discourse allow users who are below the trust level for sending PMs or users that have reached their daily PM thread limit to send a PM to the administrator and/or moderators? In my case I would want all non-suspended users to always be able to contact me as the administrator.

[image] No user PM access Support If you set the admin/mod/any group’s ’who can message this group?’ setting to ‘everyone’ then this lets anyone send that group a message, even those who are not in the PM allowed groups. That’s standard behaviour and needs…

I believe that users who don’t have privilege to message can still message staff
