Can you guess what is kind of industrial average? Because it sounds really hight. On another hand — I worked for one global timeshare company at Cork, Ireland at some point of my life, and I had feeling that almost every call escaleted if a guide couldn’t offer to US- or UK-customers what they wanted, so compared to that only half is amazing result.
