I encountered this problem early in the release, and suffered from no way to reproduce it stably. I tried the method you gave, but failed to reproduce.

Only problem is mobile, desktop version is fine.

You can test it here. Maybe it’s because of a plugin I’m using.

Is there a chance to update this component? Or I suggest adding a mobile view to the plugin itself. On mobile, having the voting on the left makes the screen smaller, it makes more sense to have it on the bottom or top. Thanks.

I fixed it temporarily, further fixes will need to wait for discourse-post-voting upgrade.
