Yes, I understand that part. It’s also stated in the same spec:
The "TZID" property parameter MUST NOT be applied to DATE
properties and DATE-TIME or TIME properties whose time values are
specified in UTC.
Our timestamps are specified in UTC, therefore the TZID property must not be applied.
