OK this gets stranger, there are two settings?
- I’m using S3 for backups but not uploads (Which is a valid choice and has been the case for years? )
- Enabling them both is not enforced by the interface.
- I’ve not changed any settings for years.
Thus SiteSetting::Upload.s3_region is blank as I’m not using it?
Although as side note uploads should be bundled with the backups regardless, but SiteSetting.s3_region should be sufficient for that?
My backups are still failing
