I don’t understand an error. I think each user can choose if they want the summary, or do not want it. Both settings are set to weekly summary. This is the individual setting for this user [image]

As I see, here admin/email/sent users get the messages. I can’t check all but there are many Discourse send only 1 mail 23 days ago to this user and she recieve (and open) it. It was not in the spams Nothing special in the logs

Are the summaries correctly sent to other users? /admin/email/sent
Did the user check the spam folder? Do they receive other emails like notifications?
Is there anything suspicious in /logs, just in case?
