I like the new design of the About page. It displays some rather interesting statistics about the site in a simple way. And I look to Meta’s page as an étalon [1] of how it could look like when my community is successful
Besides I am checking if my translations worked.
In this context, étalon refers to a standard or model that is regarded as the best of its kind and is used as a benchmark for comparison. Your comment suggests using Meta’s About page as an ideal example or standard for what your own community’s About page could aspire to look like when your community achieves success. Essentially, it’s a way of saying that Meta’s design serves as a perfect template or a gold standard. (Explanation by AI) ↩︎
