Dashboard: Button text invisible by default + layout misalignment in “Top Referred Topics” & “Trending Search Terms”

I’m using the Horizon theme and have identified several UI issues in the Admin Dashboard, specifically in the Top Referred Topics and Trending Search Terms sections.
Issue 1: Button text is invisible until hover
Location: Buttons in both sections (e.g., “View topic”, “See search term”)
Expected behavior: Button label should be visible at all times (normal state).
Issue 2: Column width imbalance & text wrapping
Location: Table columns in both widgets
Observed layout:
Topic / Terms column: too narrow → long titles wrap vertically (e.g., multi-line text inside a single row).
Numeric columns (Views, Clicks, Searches, etc.): overly wide → excessive whitespace.
Additional issue: Numeric values are right-aligned (default for numbers), but in RTL contexts (like Persian/Arabic), this creates visual inconsistency. For better UX in RTL locales, numeric columns should remain right-aligned, but topic/terms columns must be left-aligned — currently they appear right-aligned in RTL, causing misalignment.
