Looks like that is the reason it is broke

Ah yep mate these two commands fixed it:

sudo -E -u discourse bundle exec rake s3:upload_assets

sudo -E -u discourse bundle exec rake uploads:migrate_to_s3

Is there a way to automate these on a ./launcher rebuild app?
