Would it actually be possible to use AI artifacts embedded in Discourse for that? Is it possible to “hand over” a list of users to the artifact? Or does the sandboxing of AI artifacts prevent such a structure?

@macgow @J_admin I would be very careful about installing plugins that do not have a topic here on meta. You could reach out to the author to ask them to post here. @ja_ke can you tell us some more about what you mean by a lottery? What are you seeking to do exactly?
