Yes, I think this is very good. Are there any open-source plugins?
We are having a similar issue with our contests and raffles.
We will probably just build a picker wheel clone with AI tools and host it on our subdomain.
The only thing left is to one-click generate a list of users who replied in the thread and paste the list into the picker wheel web app to run the raffle.
I think it’s good to build it with AI, and it would be even better if there is a public repository
Would it actually be possible to use AI artifacts embedded in Discourse for that? Is it possible to “hand over” a list of users to the artifact? Or does the sandboxing of AI artifacts prevent such a structure?

Incompatible with the new version of discourse, cannot install, very strange.
@macgow @J_admin I would be very careful about installing plugins that do not have a topic here on meta. You could reach out to the author to ask them to post here.

I have unlisted this topic and set a timer to delete, because it is not very useful in its current form and just links to a github repo that is no longer available.
Feel free to start a new topic to explain your use case in some more detail. What do you mean by lottery? What are you seeking to do?
