**Description** After the changes made in this [PR](https://github.com/discou…rse/discourse/pull/35517), it was [noted ](https://meta.discourse.org/t/warning-that-flair-will-make-group-visible-for-everyone-doesnt-work-for-image-uploads/385552/9?u=juan_david_martínez) that having the flair appear above the visibility setting, when creating a group, might hinder the user's ability to realize that the group will be visible.
