I tried disabling all (checked all 3 boxes) first and it still was occurring. I also tried just checking the first 2 boxes and same thing Is there another combination I should try?

Haha that’s so weird. I checked and yes I can see the super faint line when holding on the reactions. Is this a bug then? Any way to fix this/reverse it?

Eu acho que é porque a largura da viewport trata a página como desktop, então funciona (como indicado pela barra lateral, que é vista no desktop).
