We are experiencing an issue with the Discourse Rewind plugin. For some of our most active users, the Rewind page fails to load and returns a 502 error.

• The issue seems to be a timeout during the data aggregation process.
• It consistently happens for users with high activity levels, while working fine for average users.
• The logs indicate that the Unicorn worker receives a USR2 signal because it exceeds the timeout limit while executing a database query.

Thanks @Don what scale are we talking here, can you give us a clue on how active this user is? (posts a year / likes a year)

Sure, here are some stats (last year) for two of the affected users:

User 1

• Posts created: 11,709
• Reactions given: 41,569
• Reactions received: 74,603

User 2

• Posts created: 5,959
• Reactions given: 37,974
• Reactions received: 38,875

Both users trigger the 502 error, suggesting the timeout threshold is hit even with the moderately lower (but still high) activity of User 2.
