Is there a reason why Associated Accounts are not shown on my own account, or on any other staff accounts? If I view a regular user at https://example.com/u/username-here/preferences/account I see an Associated Accounts section with a “Show” button: [Screenshot 2026-03-23 at 10.15.36] And when I click the Show button I see all the available options: [Screenshot 2026-03-23 at 10.15.43] However, when I view my own account preferences there is no sign or trace of the Associated Accounts section: [Screenshot 2026-03-23 at 10.18.02] If I go to the Admin options for my own account, or any other staff user, I only have the option to delete all associated accounts, and no Connect option. There’s probably a good reason for this behaviour, could anyone enlighten me please?

I think so. [imagem] How do I enable Associated Accounts with 2FA? Support It’s suppressed when 2FA is enabled. You could enable 2FA for your account here to verify.

[imagem] Richie: when I view my own account preferences there is no sign or trace of the Associated Accounts section Meaning I can’t easily or individually manage my own associated accounts – even though they’re mine

Do you use 2-factor authentication on your staff account?

Yes, it’s required on all staff accounts. Is the use of 2FA what’s causing the associated accounts section to be hidden from the staff user preferences?
