Two new plugin outlets - user_activity_bottom and user_menu_glyphs

I may need more coffee but I’m still not getting where a user_menu_glyphs plugin-outlet would go.

I’m seeing CSS rules for .glyph
display: none; and position: absolute;

Maybe CSS to restore them?
