you say you have to install it again, or would suffice to change the port on app.yml , and apply a rebuild.

You should probably wipe the database: rm -rf /var/discourse/shared/standalone/postgres*

Perhaps don’t make your CDN address discourse-cdn.example.com, since I’m guessing you don’t own that domain?
