The Mini oneboxing preview is not working correctly when the slug generation method is set to Encoded. Pad_Pors provided an example of a topic with an encoded slug, which failed to preview, but worked correctly when the slug was changed to ASCII. youwiki noted that the Excon.public_send(@http_verb, ...) method returns a 404 error, suggesting a possible issue with request headers or properties. sam agrees that this is likely a bug and recommends fixing it.

should it be like this? as one may think it is not working.
It seems that Excon.public_send(@http_verb, ...) return 404.
Oneboxing, for example, this file: https://www.nalog.ru/html/sites/www.new.nalog.ru/docs/instruction_installation.pdf also don’t work.
May be some request headers wrong, or some additional properties need to set for Excon?
