新しいDiscourse開発環境で、他のプラグインに依存するプラグインのテストを実行すると失敗します。
再現手順:
新規の開発コンテナを作成: sudo d/boot_dev --init を実行し、セットアップを完了する
http://localhost:3000/tests?target=discourse-calendar にアクセスする空白のページが表示され、コンソールにエラーが出る: Uncaught (in promise) Error: TypeError: The specifier “discourse/plugins/styleguide?” was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything. Relative module specifiers must start with “./”, “../” or “/”.

ご報告ありがとうございます。Firefoxでこの問題を再現し、修正を提出しました。マージされれば、再び正常に動作するはずです。

Firefox ignores an import map once any module has started loading, so plugin tes… t pages failed to boot there with `The specifier "discourse/plugins/styleguide?" was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything`.
This change renders `layouts/plugin_js` ahead of those scripts, which matches the order in `application.html.erb`, so plugin JS tests run in Firefox again.
