2026.7.3 (ESR) - QUnit test runner fails to load dependencies (webui)

Hello,

On a fresh Discourse dev instance, running tests for plugins depending on other plugins fails.

Repro:

1. create a fresh dev container : sudo d/boot_dev --init, complete setup
2. access http://localhost:3000/tests?target=discourse-calendar
3. blank page with error console error: Uncaught (in promise) Error: TypeError: The specifier “discourse/plugins/styleguide?” was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything. Relative module specifiers must start with “./”, “../” or “/”.

Thanks for the report, I can reproduce this issue in Firefox and have submitted a fix. Once merged this should work again.
