새로 설치된 Discourse 개발 인스턴스에서 다른 플러그인에 의존하는 플러그인의 테스트를 실행하면 실패합니다.

재현 방법:

1. 새로운 개발 컨테이너 생성: sudo d/boot_dev --init, 설정 완료
2. http://localhost:3000/tests?target=discourse-calendar 접속
3. 빈 페이지와 함께 콘솔 오류 발생: Uncaught (in promise) Error: TypeError: The specifier “discourse/plugins/styleguide?” was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything. Relative module specifiers must start with “./”, “../” or “/”.
