Clicking the pin icon no longer switches between pinning and unpinning.
Instead, it triggers both actions: unpin and re-pin consecutively.
Reproduction steps:

Click the pin icon next to a topic’s title in the topic list.

The pin icon and the pin status don’t change either.
Click if the topic is pinned
Click if the topic is unpinned
Both clear-pin and re-pin requests are executed on a single click.
