이전에는(99% 확신합니다) 토픽이 고정되어 있으면 아래로 스크롤했을 때 제목이 헤더에 표시되었습니다(이미지 1 참조). 또한
이 문제는 최신 버전의 Discourse에서 발생하며, 데스크톱과 모바일 모두에 영향을 미칩니다. 저는 Chrome 브라우저를 사용하고 있습니다.

동의합니다. Firefox 최신 버전 2.8.0.beta10 ( bbca25e875 )에서도, 안전 모드에서도 콘솔에 아무것도 표시되지 않습니다. (이전 버전에 대해서는 확실하지 않습니다)

헤더에서도 고정/고정 해제가 안 됩니다(다만, 이걸 시도해 본 건 아마 처음인 것 같기도 해요
메타 사이트, 제 테스트 사이트(최신 버전 ), 제 운영 사이트(최신은 아님 ), 그리고 제가 가입해 있는 Discourse 호스팅 기반의 다른 포럼(좀 더 오래된 버전 )에서 테스트해 봤습니다.

I know there is an inconsistency between the category of the linked topic (#bug) and the title prefix of this PR, but I really couldn't find anything in the code base that suggested this ever worked before, so I'm categorizing this PR as a feature.
코드베이스에서 이전에 이 기능이 작동했다는 흔적을 찾을 수 없어, 이를 '수정’하는 유일한 방법은 해당 기능을 추가하는 것이므로, 커밋 앞에 FEATURE 접두사를 붙였습니다. 즉, 이는 새로운 기능입니다
또한 메타(Meta)에서 주제 목록에서 고정 토글이 테마 컴포넌트 때문에 작동하지 않는다는 것을 발견하여 이 부분도 함께 수정했습니다:

This component overrides core's method `renderTopicListItem` which has an `@obse… rves` decorator for `topic.pinned` so that the UI updates when the user toggles the pin for a topic in a topics list. However, the method override in this component doesn't apply the same decorator to the override which effectively removes the decorator entirely and that causes the UI not to update when the pin is toggled.
