I’ve tagged this translation and moved it to Translations category. It’s a confusing topic. @blueberry can you update the title and first post to be more clear what you are asking for? In future, please don’t add multiple replies in sequence - it’s easier on others if you put everything you want to say in one post. I have merged them for you.
I think the ask is to localize more of this website, meta.discourse.org. Currently only the interface language can be changed as on any Discourse site that allows it, but the content itself is all in english.
I do notice that some of the items you mention are in our software.
These cannot be localized and I don’t see there being a change here:
- reactions (uses emojis which appear not to be localizable)
- name of uploaded file (this depends on the filename and can be adjusted by you during upload)
These also cannot be localized and are content. You are right that it would be helpful to allow these to be localizable:
- tag title and description
- category title and description
