A11Y: Add button on discourse hub is hidden from VoiceOver

On the Discourse Hub iOS app, the add button is hidden from voice over, which makes adding a site impossible for blind and visually impaired users. Even voice over screen recognition is unable to see it.

To reproduce, install the Discourse app on iOS, open it, go to the discover tab, and enter the URL to a Discourse community. The addd button will not appear even though according to AI services it’s there.

A fix for this has been included in the current beta of the app: https://testflight.apple.com/join/mzqp6Bk3

I have also submitted this update for Apple Review, once it’s approved, it should be automatically rolled out.
