Is there any update on this situation? For example, is there now a max emails per second site setting?
The old topics I found here concerned digests, but you could imagine the “per second” maximum being breached if lots of people have are “watching” or “watching first post” a topic.
I think the site setting mentioned below is Max emails per day per user which defaults to 100.
Are you experiencing this problem? Are you going over the limit?
Good question. I’m only getting started with SES. Ideally there would be a Discourse setting to keep within the maximum. I can see that in practice it might not be a problem.
The Discouse log page /admin/email-logs isn’t that useful at the minute as it’s over an hour since the last set of user_posted emails were sent so I can’t even work out how many were sent per minute.
Is there a way to get a list of sent emails alongside time including seconds?
