Accessibility: Site admin, all settings buttons has no label

  1. With a screenreader enabled go to admin, all site settings.
  2. Change any setting to a different value.
  3. Two buttons will appear underneath the setting. The first one saves, the second one resets to default.

These two buttons now have aria-labels and should be properly announced by a screenreader now.
