I very much would love to have a “notes” textfield available for each screened IP address entry.
Every time I add a new entry for IP screening, I log the details in my company’s internal Jira.
To make this process easier, and more transparent with my team; I would only need a simple textfield where I can enter a Jira ticket ID, or URL as a reference. E.g. DISCO-1234 or [DISCO-1234](https://jira.example.com/browse/DISCO-1234)
It would be very helpful to see the ticket references in the list, and have it searchable as well.
