Add a preference to opt out of Discourse Rewind

I saw that there is a PR to merge Discourse Rewind into the core.

And on the one hand, I really like that. I like the conversations it sparks when you talk about being best friends with someone or when you compare your most-used reactions. And I like the idea of celebrating a great year.

But on the other hand, I wish to opt out of the Rewind on Meta since I saw that it’s coming back. I didn’t like last year’s activity overview because, for me, it highlighted when I struggled being here more than celebrating the days I was most active. Those gaps were much more prominent, and I know it’s going to be much worse this year.

So I would appreciate an option in my preferences to say “no, thank you” instead of an animation at my avatar urging me to take a look. I like that others enjoy it, but I would prefer to quietly opt out - at least on the site where I feel that way.

the fact that rowling was added as a readability score is horrendous and downright offensive. and if you don’t know why, you aren’t paying attention.
