Add a "remove" button to bookmarks on user profile

This is a relatively easy one and I think a lot of people would like it.

Just add a “remove bookmark” button to each bookmark entry on the user page, like so:

It’s been requested a few times and it’d be a great quality of life improvement for managing your bookmarks.
